Information for Art and Craft Fair Vendors

Artists and artisans are invited to reserve space to sell original work and/or reproductions of original works.  No third party products may be sold.  Booths must be set up and ready for sales by 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 17, 2019.  Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event which ends at 4:00 PM.

The space fee is $50, $40 if you are a member of Plaza Diane, or if you are willing to do a live demonstration.  This fee includes access to electricity and wi-fi if needed.    Plaza Diane does not provide shelters, tables, electrical cables, etc.  Please bring your own table and/or display furniture.  A shade canopy is strongly recommended as your booth will be located on pavement or cement.  Please bring weights such as cinder blocks or sand-filled milk jugs to secure your canopy in the event of wind.  

Plaza Diane does not provide vendor insurance for this event.  Please make sure your homeowners or business insurance will cover any unexpected losses.

Information for Musicians and Stage Performers

Stage performers will be given a scheduled performance time just prior to the Festival.  The length of each music set will depend on the number of performers, but plan for at least 45 minutes.  Please arrive well ahead of your performance time so you can be ready to set-up before your performance.  

Musicians, please plan to bring your own amp(s) and music stand(s).  We will have a sound board, speakers, and microphones.  Chairs will also be available.  

In the event of wind and/or rain, please don't assume the show has been cancelled.  We may move performances inside. 

Plaza Diane does not provide insurance for your equipment.  Please make sure your homeowners or business insurance will cover any unexpected losses.
